We are a “hybrid” fitness studio/gym that offers both fitness coaching and open gym memberships for our clientele. We specialize in post rehabilitation/injury fitness design, strength development & fat loss for a wide range of ages and abilities. If you are looking to see results, we would love to help you look and feel great. Our goal at Envision Strength Fitness is to provide you with solutions to your health and fitness problems.

- Small Group "Fat Blasting" Cardio Strength Training Classes:
Enjoy all the fat blasting results in only 30 minutes. I limit my mini camps to 8/class to emphasize quality coaching and personal attention. Click here for the schedule.
A more comprehensive and individualized program. We believe that the best coaching model is teaming up 2-3 clients with one fitness coach. Each individual is evaluated through our unique assessment approach and we design and implement your personalized program in a small group setting. The results are awesome.
Diet is 80% of the solution to your problems. We spend time evaluating your current dietary habits and help you make the necessary changes.
Connect with other members for daily or weekly accountability with respect to your diet and exercise habits or just meet-up for a walk, hike or bike ride.
The biggest pitfall for most people when it comes to making dietary changes is lack of planning and lack of time. As the saying goes "Failure to plan is planning to fail". Avoid this pitfall by joining the Meal Movement where you can have access to health, already prepared, meals for as low as $10.65/day.
If you are coming out of therapy for a previous injury or have other chronic health issues we want to help you. We will work directly with your health care provider to make sure you are headed in the right direction injury free. These sessions run for a maximum of 3 months. Beyond the 3 months, we will transition you into one of our semi-private or small group training slots.
We will come to your work place or social group and hold FREE Lunch and Learn seminars that will provide solutions to your health & fitness problems.
For clients that are seeing a fitness coach at least 1x/week. We will personally design a 6-week fitness program that you can follow, under supervision, during our “open gym” hours. This is a low cost way to have access to us without needing additional weekly semi-private coaching sessions. See the Open Gym Schedule here.
