My name is Kathleen and I am the parent of a high school student who has been training with Jason for almost two years now. My son Josiah is a football player at Canton High and Jason has taken on the challenge of training Josiah so that he can perform well for the team and avoid injury, Jason has really delivered on this challenge. Josiah is much more sure of himself both physically and mentally as a direct result of his work with Jason. During the fall 2009 season, while many of his teammates struggled with injuries Josiah remained healthy and in the game. Jason offers my son more than just strength training, he offers him a extraordinary role model. Jason is able to motivate Josiah every time he meets with him. Josiah leaves his training time inspired to be more healthy and determined to be more committed to personal excellence. Jason also sets an example for consistency and perseverance. In addition to these important character traits Jason is a very organized and efficient coach. He is always ready on time and fills each session with plenty of HARD work. There is no time wasted and he has managed to keep my son very engaged and committed. The time and money we have invested with Jason has been resources well spent and we are really grateful that Jason is working with Josiah! We will be with Jason for a long time to come.

Jason at Envision Strength is great. I am a 39 year old father of 2, self employed (Work with my hands) and I thrive on physical competition. I was in great condition until tearing my rotator cuff last summer. My exercise routine stopped and I quickly lost muscle and was starting to put on some fat. I was trying to avoid surgery but of course I was experiencing pain, weakness and instability. I went to see Jason for help. Jason created a program just for me and my specific goal. By working on the surrounding muscle in my shoulder, as well as the rest of my body, I have regained some strength, alot of stability, and I have much less pain. I believe I will still need to have the tear repaired but Jason has helped me to stay productive at work and home until my schedule permits some down time. I am sure that the progress I have made with Jason will decrease the recovery time as well. Jason is a great professional, and fun person to be around. He is also active in his church and community.
